IDCO is incorporated in the State of Florida as INDUSTRIAL DISTRIBUTOR Co-op, INC. d/b/a/ IDCO Co-op. By consulting with IDCO members and potential suppliers, coordinator researches and negotiates annual contracts for the group. All of the members are highly encouraged to input their opinions and knowledge pertaining to the products and suppliers being researched. IDCO is managed by a President who reports to a Board of Directors. The Board of Directors are elected on a yearly basis.
No. Becoming a Member of IDCO will not affect your normal purchasing procedures. ordering from IDCO Endorsed Suppliers is easy. Purchase orders are placed directly with the manufacturer, billing is direct to the Distributor Member. However, to insure that the IDCO pricing stays within the group, your will have to identify yourself as an IDCO member. All suppliers are notified as to our membership on a regular basis.
No, the IDCO Board of Directors must approve all new Members. All activeTembers are given a chance to comment on any potential territory conflicts and the Board of Director attempts to minimize overlap if possible.

Yes! At our annual Tradeshow, our Endorsed Suppliers provide workshops for you and any of your employees you wish to bring to this important meeting.
Two. Our annual Tradeshow is normally held in February each year and has been in Atlanta for the past six years. This program is devoted entirely to product training/education and is open to you and anyone in your organization. Our other meeting is normally scheduled in October and locations change on a yearly basis. This meeting is slanted strongly toward the "business" of IDCO and is attended by the principals of the Distributor Member company and their spouses.
